Job Description:

1. Manages the day to day activities and performance of the FPO and its Business
2. Assist in Farmers registration
3. Technological knowledge on Organic Farming.
4. Capacity building of farmers towards organic Farming.
5. Co-ordination with Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK);
6. Organise training for farmers through KVK.
7. Organise Awareness Campaign to promote SOS-FPO
8. Capacity Building Training and Mobilization
9. Responsible for the Convergence with different Department and Agencies which would be related to SOS-FPO.
10. Ensure Business promotion through various activities of SOS.
11. Business promotion through procurement of Agri/ rural produce from nearby areas and sale promotion of the same in processed/ semi-processed form.
12. Ensure Service promotion of the Centre through liaison with various agency and Departments.
13. Create and establish a positive brand image for the Product among the customers, markets and within the business ecosystem.
14. Ensure promotion of through online and offline modes.
15. Preparing MIS for management.
16. To promote and coordinate the business operations in a manner that will help to achieve mission, objective, and goals of SOS-FPO.
17. Provide Capacity Building Training to the members
18. Ensure Stakeholder Management.
19. Enlist feedback received from the client.
